I have been involved in many workshops and seen role play used as part of some of the programs, but I have never been taken through such an involved level of experiential learning as was provided by Glen and the team at Actreal for the Crucial Conversations sessions. Glen has the ability to combine his acting skills with coaching and facilitation to immerse participants in the scenarios, building their confidence and skills to tackle these conversations in the real world. The actors are so real in the characters and situations they portray. Glen ran a 1 ½ day workshop on presentation skills for over 30 of our new class of full time MBA students. These students came from 15 countries, spoke 19 different languages and previously worked across 15 different industries. Glen is a very engaging and entertaining presentation skills coach. Glen is such a great coach – his approach is transparent and challenging whilst being approachable and mindful.
